Capability – Fire Dynamics

Summary

Our capabilities in Fire Dynamics are a synthesis of world-leading experimental and computational skills to understand the ignition, spread, emissions and extinction of flaming and smouldering wildfires for a wide range of fuel types and burning conditions. This capability is primarily led by Imperial Hazelab along with the Heat and Fire lab at KCL.
